Directions
Persona is located on Eichelberger Street in the new Remax Plaza, across from the North Hanover Mall.  Dairy Queen and Super Shoes is located on the same side of the street as Persona.  If you need further assistance, please call 717-646-8261.

Hours
All working hours are by appointment only.  We have available hours 7 days a week and on most holidays.

Appointments
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to unwind and prepare for your spa service.  A late arrival may result in an adjustment in your service as we do not want to be late for our next guest.

Scheduling
Our staff can assist you in choosing which services are best for you.  We respectfully request a 48 hour notice when canceling any appointment.  A fee may be assessed when proper notice is not given.

What to Wear
Comfortable clothing and little jewelry is suggested.  Our staff is trained in the art of proper draping for discretion and privacy.  Our guests comfort level in disrobing is greatly respected.  For your comfort we provide robes and slippers.

Cell Phones & Pagers
We appreciate all cell phones and pagers to be turned off prior to entering the spa as they are disturbing to others.

Age Requirements
Spa guests under 18 years old must have parental consent.

Children
To be courteous to our spa guests in search of relaxation, we request that you do not bring children under 4 into spa unless for treatment.

Spa Reservations
We appreciate at least one week in advance for parties and packages.  Same day appointments and emergency appointments are offered upon availability.

Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment
We accept all major credit cards.  Credit cards are required for all reservations of multiple spa services.  All charge backs or returned checks are subject to a $35.00 fee.  Ask about our VIP club discounts!

Gratuities
The industry average is between 15% - 20% but left at your discretion.  However, your personal recommendation to family, friends and co-workers is the ultimate compliment.

Gift Certificates
Please review  Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions below that govern the purchase, use and redemption of gift certificates purchased at Persona Day Spa INC:

Purchasing
*Gift certificates may not be used to purchase gift certificates
*Gift certificates have no cash value
*Persona reserves the right to refuse service or reverse any gift certificate purchase for any reason and return funds     to the purchaser

Redeeming
*Gift certificates are only redeemable at Persona for the amount OR service specified on the gift certificate, by the      expiration date indicated.  Persona reserves the right to convert service-based gift certificates to their cash value, equivalent to what was paid for the gift certificate, at its option and sole discretion.
*Not Refundable.  Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
*If the purchase exceeds the amount listed on the gift certificate, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at time of purchase.
